Grants: Help Assistance League Clothe Additional Children
Assistance League® of San Antonio is grateful for grants received from local and national foundations and organizations. All grants are spent on the philanthropic program or programs designated at the time that funds are given. Without financial support from caring foundations and organizations, Assistance League would be unable to accommodate the large increase in numbers of economically deprived children that it has served within the past two years.
Agencies and school counselors repeatedly indicate that the many children who have received clothing, books and other necessities are most appreciative of these items, which are partially funded through grants received. These grants have definitely improved the lives of the children served through Operation School Bell®, Togs for Tots and I'm In Charge. We join these children in thanking the following foundations and organizations for their continued financial support of Assistance League as we strive "to make a positive difference" in the lives of many San Antonio area children:
